康复护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析康复护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复的影响。方法选择2015年10月至2016年10月我院收治的80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上行康复护理,比较两组患者的吞咽功能恢复情况。结果护理前,两组患者的SSA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后6周及9周,两组患者的SSA评分均显著低于护理前,且研究组的SSA评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组的护理总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理应用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者具有显著的效果,可有效促进患者的吞咽功能恢复,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of swallowing function in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 80 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the study group were given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The recovery of swallowing function was compared between two groups. Results Before nursing, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the SSA score （P〉0.05）; 6 weeks and 9 weeks after nursing, both groups had significantly decreased SSA score （P〈0.05）, and the SSA score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of nursing of study group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 77.5% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing applied in stroke patients with dysphagia has significant effect, which can effectively promote the recovery of swallowing function of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
