摘　　要：目的观察分析PRS延续护理模式对鼻咽癌放疗患者鼻咽腔冲洗依从性的影响。方法选择鼻咽癌放疗患者76例,随机分为两组各38例,对照组接受常规延续护理,试验组接受PRS延续护理模式干预,比较两组干预后的鼻咽腔冲洗依从性评分和延续护理满意率。结果试验组干预后的鼻咽腔冲洗依从性评分和延续护理满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用PRS延续护理模式对鼻咽癌放疗患者进行干预,可显著提高患者的鼻咽腔冲洗行为依从性和护理满意率。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of PRS continuous nursing mode on the compliance ofnasopharyngeal cavity irrigation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy. Methods 76 cases ofnasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional continuous nursing, while the experimental group received PRS continuous nursing mode intervention. The compliance score ofnasopharyngeal cavity irrigation and the satisfaction rate to continuous nursing after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the compliance score ofnasopharyngeal cavity irrigation and the satisfaction rate to continuous nursing of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions PRS continuous nursing mode for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy can significantly improve the compliance ofnasopharyngeal cavity irrigation and nursing satisfaction rate.
