膀胱水扩张联合透明质酸钠灌注综合治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察膀胱水扩张联合透明质酸钠灌注综合治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法:选取间质性膀胱炎患者76例,随机分为对照和和试验组。对照组患者采用常规膀胱水扩张治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予透明质酸钠灌注治疗,治疗结束后,评价两组疗效、不良反应例数以及试验组患者治疗前后尿频评分(PUF)、膀胱容量测定、症状评分(ICSI)、问题评分(ICPI)、生活质量(QOL)评分。结果:在治疗后,两组治疗总有效率分别为71.0%、89.5%,存在显著差异;试验组患者的尿频评分(PUF)、膀胱容量测定、症状评分(ICSI)、问题评分(ICPI)、生活质量(QOL)评分在治疗前后存在显著性差异。试验组的不良反应数也显著少于对照组。结论:膀胱水扩张联合透明质酸钠灌注综合治疗间质性膀胱炎患者疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigation of the combined treatment of interstitial cystitis（IC） of bladder hydrodistention and sodium hyaluronate irrigation. Method 76 patients hostied in the hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group randomly. Control group was treated with cystectasia,experimental group was treated with Bladder irrigation with sodium hyaluronate and cystectasia. The clinical efficacy,side effect,the Pelvic Pain,Urgency and Frequency（PUF）,the maximum bladder capacity,O＇Lcary-Sant IC symptom index（ICSI） and IC problem index（ICPI）,quality of life（QOL） were recorded and compared. Results There were significant differences of the total effective rate of 89. 5% in the experimental group and 71. 0% of the control group. PUF,the maximum bladder capacity,ICPI,ICSI and QOL of the experiment group was more improved than the control group. There were significant differences of side reaction between 2 groups. Conclusion The treatment of bladder hydrodistention and sodium hyaluronate irrigation of IC improves clinical efficacy,significantly accelerate the symptoms subside,with few side effects. It is worth promoting.
