对不同学历的临床护士跟随医生查房的认知度调查

摘　　要：目的:调查不同学历的临床护士跟随医生查房的认知度,为制定有效、安全的跟随医生查房制度提供相关依据。方法:采用自制问卷调查某三甲医院工作经验限制在8年以内的158名临床护士,本着医院要求责任护士一周至少参与两次医生查房的原则,针对不同学历护士是否跟随医生查房及相关原因和认知进行抽样调查进行比较,分析参与医生查房的执行情况和优点。结果:接受调查的临床护士学历大致分为大专和本科,本科学历的护士对跟随医生查房的自我认同、价值观、优点的认知比低学历的护士高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护士参与医生查房是大多数护士(本科生>专科生)对提高专业知识水平、及时了解患者的最新治疗方案、加强医护患之间的沟通促进和谐关系等优势有更全面的认可和美好的展望,但在实行过程中需管理者为临床护士参与医生查房而解决一些相关性阻碍。Objective To investigate the clinical awareness of clinical nurses with different educational backgrounds,and to provide relevant evidence for making effective and safe follow-up ward rounds. Method A self-designed hospital work experience in 158 clinical nurses within 8 years of the questionnaire survey,the spirit of responsibility nurses in the hospitals require at least two times a week in the hospital ward principle,according to different degree whether nurses follow doctor rounds and related reasons for sampling and cognitive comparison,analysis of the implementation and advantages of participating doctors rounds. The survey data were analyzed by SPSS17. 0 statistical software. The indexes of each group were expressed by mean standard deviation（x ± s）,and the t test was carried out. The chi square test was used to count the data,and the statistical significance of P〈0. 05 was statistically significant. Results The survey of clinical nurse education can be divided into college and undergraduate,bachelor degree nurse to follow doctor rounds of self identity,values,cognitive advantages than the low education of nurses was high,the results were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical nurses in the ward rounds is most nurses（undergraduate students were more than junior college students） the level of knowledge,timely understanding of the latest treatment,patients suffering from medical strengthen communication between promoting harmonious relations between the advantages of a more comprehensive recognition and good prospects,but in the process of implementing the management for nurses to participate in the ward rounds and solve some related obstacles.
