摘　　要：目的探索年轻乳腺癌患者化疗期间自我感受负担的真实体验,为制订年轻乳腺癌患者的护理干预措施提供合理依据。方法运用半结构式访谈法,对15例自我感受负担量表评分≥20分的年轻乳腺癌化疗患者进行深度访谈,并采用Colaizzi资料分析法进行分析。结果年轻乳腺癌患者化疗期间自我感受负担体验主要为负性心理显著、症状困扰严重、家庭角色缺如、自我价值丧失。结论临床护士应深入了解并关注患者自我感受负担,实施个性化护理干预措施,减轻患者的自我感受负担程度,促进其积极配合治疗,从而提高治疗效果和生活质量。Objective To explore the psychological experiences of self-perceived burden in young breast cancer patients during thechemotherapy,to provide reasonable basis for the development of nursing interventions in young breast cancer patients.Methods Deeply interview was used to collected data from fifteen young breast cancer patients with self-perceived burden scale over 20 points during chemotherapy.The data was analyzed by Colaizzi research method.Results The main psychological experiences of self-perceived burden during the period of chemotherapy in young breast cancer patients could be categorized into four themesSignificant negative features,serious symptoms,lack of family role and loss of self-value.Conclusion The clinical nurses should understand and follow closely the self-perceived of the patients,implement the individual nursing interventions,reduce the self-perceived burden of the patients,and promote their active treatment,soas to improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life.
