摘 要:针对某难处理铀矿石开展了酸法搅拌浸出条件试验,提出了二段逆流浸出工艺流程。经小型试验和工业试验验证,该工艺不仅可使浸出硫酸用量由单段浸出的12%(与矿石质量比)降至11%,还可提高铀浸出率约2%。二段逆流平均渣计铀浸出率为92.5%。Acid agitation conditional leaching test was carried out to extract uranium from a refractory uranium ore.Two leaching stage with a countercurrent solution flow process was developed.The technology process has been verified by small and industrial tests.The results show that sulfuric acid dosage by two agitation leaching stages with a countercurrent solution flow process was reduced to 11% from 12%,and uranium leaching efficiency was increased 2%.The average leaching efficiency is 92.5% by sludge calculation.
