摘 要:为了解决我国西北部某铀矿矿石硬度较大、酸耗较慢等问题,通过搅拌浸出条件试验、柱浸条件试验及强化试验,研究了酸用量、氧化剂用量、矿石粒度、搅拌时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比对该矿石浸出工艺的影响。研究表明:在矿石粒度-200目、硫酸用量(与矿石质量比)8%、软锰矿用量(与矿石质量比)1.5%、浸出液固体积质量比为1∶1mL/g、常温下搅拌浸出2h的条件下,金属铀渣计浸出率可达到91%。In order to solve the problem of high hardness and slow acid consumption of a uranium ore in northwestern China,the effects of acid dosage,oxidant dosage,ore particle size,stirring time,leaching temperature and liquid-solid volume ratio on the leaching process were studied by agitation leaching conditional test,column leaching test and strengthening test.The results show that the leaching rate of the uranium by slag calculation can reach 90% when the ore particle size is-200 mesh,the amount of sulfuric acid consumption is 8%,the amount of pyrolusite consumption is 1.5%,the ratio of leaching liquid volume to solid mass ratio is 1∶1 mL/g,the leaching time is 2 hand the temperature of leaching is 25 ℃.
