摘 要:以新疆某地浸采铀自动化生产线为研究对象,对水冶厂吸附塔进液流量进行了研究。在吸附原液输送工艺管网不设回流管路的工况下,确定了水冶吸附塔与井场化工泵联动运行智能控制方案,消除了吸附塔进液流量变化对水冶生产稳定性的影响,实现了井场化工泵无人值守智能控制,具有降本增效的应用效果。Taking Xinjiang one uranium leaching automatic production line as the research object,the adsorption tower liquid feed flow in the hydrometallurgy mill was studied.Under the condition of adsorption feed solution delivering processing pipe network without a return line,hydrometallurgy mill tower and chemical pump at the well site linkage operation intelligent control scheme was determined.Therefore,effect by the change of feed liquid flow of adsorption tower on hydrometallurgy production line is eliminated.The intelligent control of chemical pump at well site unattended is realized,as the result,the operation cost is reduced and efficiency of the application effect is increased.
