摘 要:采用5-Br-PADAP分光光度法,研制了一种测定吸附尾液中铀浓度的在线分析仪,介绍了仪器的化学原理、硬件组成、测定程序及其他功能。仪器实现了对质量浓度为0.05~2.00mg/L铀的测定。仪器的重复性误差为1.0%,示值误差为1.5%,加标回收率为96.0%~104.0%。现场测试表明:仪器运行稳定性好,测量精度高,测量数据与现场滴定分析基本一致,满足现场分析要求。An on-line analyzer for determining the concentration of uranium in the adsorption effluent was developed by using 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry.The chemical principle,hardware compositions,measurement procedures and other functions of the instrument were introduced.The uranium mass concentration between 0.05~2.00 mg/L can be analyzed by the instrument.The repeatability error of the instrument is 1.0%,and the instrument indication error is 1.5%.Adding standard recovery of the instrument is 96.0%~104.0%.The field test shows that the instrument has good stability and high measurement accuracy,and the measurement data are basically consistent with the field titration analysis.The instrument meets the requirement of on-line analysis.
