摘 要:输气管道系统运行过程中,压缩机的增压作业消耗大量能源,运行成本庞大,因此有必要研究输气管道的优化运行,以降低管道运行能耗,有效控制成本,提高管道运营的经济效益。通过建立陕京输气管道的仿真模型,利用SPS软件研究不同输量台阶下输气管道的运行工况合理选择运行方案,可以降低输气管道的运行能耗。经计算通过优化运行,在低输量下最多可减少5.3%的运行能耗,在高输量下最多可减少16.8%的运行能耗。通过对电力政策的清晰理解和妥善利用,合理降低输气管道运行成本,陕京管道通过调整站场基本电费计价方式,年节约电力成本4050万元。During the operation of the gas transmission pipeline system, the supercharging operation of the compressor consumes a lot of energy and the operation cost is huge. Therefore, it is necessary to study the optimal operation of the gas transmission pipeline in order to reduce the energy consumption of pipeline operation, effectively control the cost, and improve the economic benefits of pipeline operations. This paper establishes a simulation model of the Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline. We use SPS software to study the operating conditions of gas transmission pipelines under different transmission levels, reasonable choice of operating program,reduce the energy consumption of gas transmission pipelines. Through the clear understanding and proper use of power policies, the operating costs of gas transmission pipelines are reasonably reduced.
