摘 要:南昌地铁1号线某明挖区间地下连续墙冲击成槽施工振动可能对邻近的文物建筑——八一纪念馆旧址大楼产生不利影响。在综合分析国内外建筑防振标准适用性及本旧址大楼自身特点的基础上,以疲劳极限为控制指标,给出具体的容许振动评价标准。基于实测数据,从速度响应和振动主频率分析旧址大楼的振动特性及地表振动衰减规律。研究结果表明:旧址大楼竖向和垂直于地下连续墙水平向的速度响应相对强烈,均随着楼层向上增大;成槽冲击荷载引起周边地表的振动主频率为16.5~20.2 Hz,旧址大楼振动主频率为10.0~12.5 Hz;地表的振动速度响应随离开振源的距离呈幂函数形式衰减;旧址大楼最大速度响应发生在顶层,小于振动限值,且旧址大楼未出现新裂缝,既有裂缝亦未扩展,成槽冲击荷载对纪念馆旧址大楼的振动影响在可承受范围内。所得结论可为邻近文物建筑的施工振动防护和安全评估提供参考。The vibration caused by diaphragm wall trench construction of a cut-and-cover section in Nanchang metro line 1 maybe has a harmful effect on the adjacent historic building, namely August 1 Memorial building. Based on comprehensive analysis of the suitability of domestic and foreign standards for buildings against man-made vibration and its own performance, the vibration tolerance value of August 1 Memorial building is given with fatigue limit being considered as one control index. According to measured data, dynamic characteristic of this historic building and attenuation law of ground vibration are studied by ways of vibration velocity and main frequency. The results show that: Vibration velocities of the structure in vertical direction and in horizontal direction perpendicular to diaphragm wall are higher than that in other direction and grow with the distance from ground; the vibration frequency of ground varies 16.5~20.2 Hz and that of Memorial building varies 10.0~12.5 Hz under the trenching impact load; velocity amplitude of ground attenuates with distance in the form of power function; The maximum velocity of Memorial building, appearing at top floor, is less than the specified vibration allowable value. Not only does not a new crack take place in structure, but also the existing crack does not expand. So the vibration caused by trenching impact has little harmful effect on the Memorial building. The obtained results will provide useful reference to vibration protection and safety assessment of the similar project construction neighboring existing historic buildings.
