摘 要:采用正交试验法研究振捣机构的压实性能,通过振捣密实度分析频率、冲程和速度3个因素在不同水平下对铺层材料压实质量的影响。试验结果确定3种因素对材料摊铺密实度的影响顺序及各因素的显著水平,分析作业速度和振捣频率对混合料振动密实效果及其变化规律,确定铺层材料密实度与振捣频率、作业速度之间数学关系,为摊铺作业过程的参数选择、压实质量控制以及振捣密实度的定量预测提供理论依据和方法参考。In this paper, the influence of frequency, amplitude and speed on the compaction quality of the paving material was studied by the orthogonal test which includes 3 factors at different levels through the compaction coefficient. By the tests, the influence order of three factors on the compact coefficient, the significance of different factors was determined. At the same time, according to the vibration compacting effect of frequency and speed to the mixture, the calculating formula of the vibration compaction coefficient of the tamper to material is put forward. Thus, the mathematical relationship between the density of the layer material to the vibration frequency and the speed was determined, which provides theoretical basis and guidance method for parameter selection and compaction quality control during paving.
