摘　　要：针对烟末压棒机在烟末水分值在偏小时不能压棒成型问题,研究烟末棒不能成型的原因及找出解决办法。设计一套压棒机加湿控制系统,采用西门子S7-200PLC来进行控制,使用该加湿系统能在压棒机的储料仓内增加烟末的水分值,使烟末的水分值达到能压成棒的范围内,这样就达到烟末棒便于储存、运输的目的。In view of the problem that the tobacco shred can not be pressed into rod when shred moisture is in the range of low value, the causes areresearched and solutions are finded. A humidifying control system is designed. Using Siemens S7-200PLC to control the humidification system, themoisture of the tobacco shred is increased in the storage bin of rod press machine by this system, hence the moisture value of the tobacco shred can reachthe range that the shred can be compressed into the rod, in the end the rod can be stored and transported easily.
