摘　　要：随着移动通信的快速发展,铁通固网PSTN用户成逐年萎缩态势,并且固网PSTN交换机大范围投入使用在2000-2005年间,使用寿命超过10年,运行维护成本和故障率大大增加。固网PSTN交换机已经停产和停服,备品备件稀缺。随着通信技术的迅猛发展,IMS设备成为移动和固网用户的主流产品。固网PSTN交换机被IMS替代是未来固网用户发展的必然趋势。With the rapid development of mobile communication, the PSTN users of Tietong fixed network have been shrinking year by year, andthe fixed line PSTN switch has been put into operation for a long time in 2000-2005 years, and the service life is over 10 years. The operation andmaintenance cost and failure rate have been greatly increased. The fixed network PSTN switch has been stopped and stopped, and spare parts are scarce.With the rapid development of communication technology, IMS equipment has become the mainstream product of mobile and fixed network users. Thereplacement of the fixed network PSTN switch by IMS is the inevitable trend of the development of the fixed network users in the future.
