摘　　要：目的深入了解姑息科护士对姑息护理的认知和态度。方法 2017年9~10月以质性研究的现象学方法为指导,采取立意取样方法对新疆某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院10名姑息科护士进行半结构式访谈并进行资料分析。结果访谈资料分析提炼出4个主题:(1)对姑息治疗理念的认知;(2)姑息护理的实施情况;(3)对家属的干预;(4)姑息护理推行实施面临的问题。结论姑息科护士对姑息护理实施持积极态度,应加强姑息护理理念的推广。Objective To deeply understand the cognition and attitude of the nurses from palliative department toward palliative care. Methods From September to October 2017, with phenomenological method of qualitative research as the guidance, and with purposive sampling method and semi-structured interviews adopted, 10 nurses from palliative department in a third grade class-A tumor hospital in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were interviewed and relevant materials were collected and analyzed. Results Four themes were extracted from analyzing the interview materials：（1）the cognition to the concept of palliative treatment;（2）the implementation of palliative care;（3）the intervention to family members;（4）the problems faced in the implementation of palliative care. Conclusion Palliative care nurses have a positive attitude towards the implementation of palliative care, and the promotion of palliative care concept should be strengthened.
