摘　　要：结合DCS系统在氯压机机组中的应用,阐述了DCS的硬件系统组成、技术特点及其连锁程序控制,结合实际说明了在该系统中DCS控制充分发挥了其连锁实现简单、可靠及历史事件可查找、历史趋势可追溯等优点,不仅保证了生产的稳定性和安全性,还减低了操作人员的劳动强度及维修人员的维修频次,达到节能降耗的目的。Combining with the application of DCS system in chlorine compressor unit,it expounded the hardware of DCS system composition,technical feature and interlocking program control. Combining with the actual,it illustrated the DCS control in the system,which gave full play to its interlocking searchable implementation simple,reliable and historical events,historical trend traceability etc.. It not only ensured the stability and safety of production,also reduced the labor intensity of operators and maintenance personnel of maintenance frequency,achieved the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
