摘  要:随着互联网思维融入图书馆服务体系的深入,用户需求产生诸多变化。图书馆应以用户为中心,紧紧跟随用户需求的变化,把握用户需求特点和影响用户需求因素内涵的新变化,重构以用户需求为导向的个性化交互、多方位跨界融合、多元化学科嵌入、用户空间体验、信息行为跟踪、情景感知智能的创新服务模式,从而进一步提高图书馆的服务水平。Users7 demands change continuously as Internet-thinking integrates deeply into library service strategy. Customer should be regarded as the core element and the changes of their demands should be followed tightly. The characteristics of users needs and the new changes that affect the content of the users' demands factors should be grasped. The innovated service mode of personalized interaction oriented by users' demands, multi-dimensional transboundary fusion, multi-disciplinary embeddedness, users space experience, information behavior tracking, and situational awareness intelli-gence should be rebuilt to further improve the service level of library.
