摘　　要：针对机要档案在流转、存储过程中存在的方式陈旧、可控性差的问题,利用当前的高新技术研发一种由管理软件、有线及无线网络、电脑终端、扫码设备、智能识别设备、智能数码文件盒、智能数码保密橱柜等软硬件共同组成的机要档案管理系统,最终实现机要档案流转、存储全过程的可控化,提高机要档案管理效率,降低安全风险的目的。Aiming at the obsolescence and poor controllability of confidential archives in the process of circulation and storage, this paper uses high and new technology to develop a management system of confidential archives, which is composed of management software, wired and wireless network, computer terminal, code scanning equipment, intelligent identification equipment, intelligent digital document box, intelligent digital security cabinet and other hardware and software. It combines people, machines with documents as a whole, realizing the aim of controlling the transfer and storage of confidential archives, improving the managing efficiency, as well as reducing security risks.
