摘　　要：九一八事变后日伪当局在辽宁地区迅速建立起维持其统治的警察机构与警察队伍,通过警察机构与警察队伍这一暴力工具,牢牢地抓住了日本当局通过九一八事变所攫取的军事"成果",并将其统治由军事化转变为"行政化"。After the September 18 th Incident, Japan and the puppet government set up police institutions quickly in Liaoning to safeguard their rule, by which they firmly seized the military＂achievement＂resulting from the September 18 th Incident, and shifted their military rule into an administrative one.
