中医辨证护理促进自然分娩镇痛中的应用及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证护理在自然分娩镇痛中的应用和效果。方法选取100例自然分娩产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组给予中医辩证护理,对照组仅给予常规护理。对比两组产妇分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分、产程及疼痛分级。结果相较于对照组,观察组产妇剖宫产率显著降低(P<0.05),新生儿Apgar评分显著提高(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组阴道分娩产妇各产程时间均显著缩短(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组阴道分娩产妇疼痛分级显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在自然分娩过程中实施中医辨证护理,可显著缓解分娩疼痛,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率。Objective To evaluate the application and efficacy of application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing on natural childbirth analgesia. Methods 100 puerpera with natural childbirth were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The observation group was given to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing,and the control group was given to routine nursing. The puerpera＇s delivery mode,newborn＇s Apgar score,parturition time and pain grading were compared between control group and observation group. Results Compared with control group,the caesarean section rate of observation group significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and newborn＇s Apgar score of observation group significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with control group,the parturition time of observation group significantly shorten（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with control group,the pain degree of observation group significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Adopt traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing in the process of natural childbirth,can effective relieve labor pain,shorten labor stage,and reduce cesarean section rate.
