第四代海事卫星北京关口站通信话单提取与解析技术的研究

摘　　要：第四代海事卫星北京关口站是全球四代海事卫星4个关口站中第一个国家级关口站,本文研究通过采集海事卫星关口站核心网网元日志文件,经解码解析形成通信话单CDR文件的技术,首次自主实现了中国境内海事卫星通信数据采集与解析。并运用软件开发技术将CDR文件进行数据结构化存储为关系型数据库,实现通信话单的查询统计与计费等功能。The Inmarsat 4th Beijing Satellite Access Station is the first national SAS, This paper studies the technology of collecting and analyzing the log files of the core network switch, and then decoding and analyzing communication CDR fle. It is frst time to realizes the maritime satellite communication data collection and analysis in China autonomously. And realizes that CDR file is stored as the database using the Software development technology, query statistics and billing features, and so on.
