摘 要:国内外港口一体化发展过程中主要采取差异化合作、资本合作、组合港、完全整合等四种发展模式。为全面提升南通沿江、沿海港口的总体竞争力,助推南通港口的一体化发展,需借鉴国内外港口一体化发展的模式,针对南通港口一体化发展进程中存在的要素制约、开发模式落后、带动能力不强等现实性问题,通过强化政府引导作用、采用多元合作方式来加强江海港群联合,深入推进南通港口一体化发展,引导南通港口合作竞争态势,有效提升南通港的综合竞争力。In the process of integrated port development at home and abroad, four kinds of development modes, i.e., differential cooperation, capital cooperation, portfolio port, and full integration, are adopted. In order to comprehensively enhance the overall competitiveness of river and coastal ports in Nantong, and to promote the integrated port development in Nantong, it is necessary to draw on the model of integrated development of ports at home and abroad. Focusing on real problems such as the constraints in the integrated port development in Nantong, the backward development mode, and weak leading ability, it aims to effectively enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the ports in Nantong through strengthening government’s role of guidance, the use of diversified cooperation methods to strengthen the alliance between river and costal port groups, in-depth integrated port development in Nantong, and guiding port cooperation and competition in Nantong.
