摘  要:船舶副机燃烧残留物极易对副机的滑油造成污染,污染后的滑油对柴油机各运动部件之间的油膜造成破坏和接触面的损伤,引起轴承磨损,油封漏油。因此,在船舶副机滑油管理中,要采用连续不间断的分离净化替代过去的批量分离净化,使副机和辅滑油分油机同步运行,用分油机对正在使用的副机曲拐箱滑油进行连续不间断的分离,时刻关注滑油的品质和油量的变化情况,为副机润滑系统不断提供优质的润滑油,使副机处于安全、高效、经济的最佳工况。The residues of combustion inside a vessel’s auxiliary engine are very likely to cause contamination to the lubricant of an auxiliary engine. After being polluted, the lubricant damages the oil film between moving parts of the diesel engine as well as the contact surface, which causes bearing wear and oil seal leakage.Therefore, in the management of vessel’s auxiliary engine lubricant, it is necessary to adopt continuous and uninterrupted separation and purification to replace the previous batch-based separation and purification, so that the auxiliary machine and auxiliary lubricant separator can run synchronously. By using oil separator to continuously and uninterruptedly separate the crankshaft lubricant being used, and paying attention to the quality of lubricant and the change of oil quantity, the high-quality lubricant can be provided for the auxiliary machine lubrication system, which contributes to a safe, efficient and economical condition of optimization.
