摘  要:为了探讨水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料(CCCW)改善低强度混凝土性能的适用性,通过扫描电镜试验以及抗压强度试验研究来分析CCCW对低强度混凝土的修复效果,同时初步探讨将CCCW注入混凝土内部在实际施工的可行性。研究结果表明:对于不同工况下的混凝土,涂刷CCCW后,其强度随养护龄期的增长呈现不同的变化规律,但整体上呈提高的趋势;CCCW能够通过渗透结晶起到密实混凝土的作用;CCCW的渗透结晶深度在20mm左右。In order to test the usability of low strength concrete properties improved by CCCW.The microstructure and compressive strength of concrete were then studied by means of scanning electron microscope test and compression test,the aim is to explore the repair effect for the low strength concrete by painting CCCW.At the same time,the feasibility of injecting CCCW into concrete is discussed.The research results show that concrete under different conditions,the surface of concrete painting CCCW,and the intensity of the growth of the curing age showed different changes,but the overall trend was improved,which means CCCW can play the role of dense concrete through osmotic crystallization,and the osmotic crystallization depth is about 20 mm.
