摘 要:目的探讨盆底肌功能锻炼联合盆底生物反馈电刺激对绝经后盆底功能障碍性疾病(pelvic floor dysfunction,PFD)的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年1月至2017年8月收治的绝经后PFD患者200例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各100例。试验组患者行盆底生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌功能锻炼,对照组患者仅行盆底肌功能锻炼。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者盆底肌力、子宫脱垂及尿失禁发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ级肌力患者占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ度轻型与Ⅱ度重型子宫脱垂患者占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ度尿失禁患者占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌功能锻炼联合盆底生物反馈电刺激在增强绝经后PFD患者盆底肌力、减少子宫脱垂和尿失禁方面具有显著效果。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor muscle function exercise combined with pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation for postmenopausal pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD). Method A total of 200 patients with postmenopausal PFD in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected, and they were divided into experimental group(100 cases) and control group(100 cases) by random number table. Patients in experimental group were treated by pelvic floor muscle function exercise combined with pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation, while those in control group were treated only by pelvic floor muscle function exercise. After treatment, the situation of pelvic floor muscle strength, uterine prolapse, and urinary incontinence of patients in the two groups were compared. Result After treatment, the proportion of patients with Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅴ muscle strength in experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). The proportion of patients with light of Ⅰ degree and severe of Ⅱ degree uterine prolapse of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). The proportion of patients with grade Ⅰ urinary incontinence of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle function exercise combined with pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation has remarkable effects in enhancing postmenopausal PFD pelvic floor muscle strength, reducing uterine prolapse and urinary incontinence.
