承德市滦河、武烈河水环境综合治理总体布局分析

摘　　要：滦河、武烈河综合治理工程是承德市城市防洪安全的重要保证,是城市综合发展的基础与必备条件。本文以两河综合治理工程总体布局为例,探讨了将防洪与生态、安全与效益、生活与环境有机协调的规划设计理念,打造了较为完善的工程景观系统。Comprehensive treatment project for Luanhe River and Wulie River is an important guarantee for urban flood control safety. It is the foundation and prerequisite of urban comprehensive development. In the paper,overall layout for comprehensive treatment project in the two rivers is regarded as an example for discussing plan and design concepts of organically coordinating flood control and ecology,safety and benefit,life and environment. A more perfect project landscape system is created.
