摘　　要：为进一步推进辽宁省水利风景区建设发展,促进生态文明和美丽中国建设,本文从阐述水利风景区发展的本质入手,对辽宁省水利风景区的开发建设现状进行判别分析,查找发展的制约因素,并结合辽宁省特色,提出辽宁省水利风景区旅游业可持续的发展方向。The essence of developing water park is described firstly,the current situation for development and construction of water parks in Liaoning are judged and analyzed in the paper,and constraints for development are discovered in order to further promote construction and development of water parks in Liaoning,and drive the construction of ecological civilization and Beautiful China. Characteristics of Liaoning Province are combined to propose sustainable development direction of water park tourism industry in Liaoning.
