慢肝养阴胶囊联合替比夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨慢肝养阴胶囊联合替比夫定强化治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果及安全性。方法将156例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组与参考组,各78例。参考组采用替比夫定治疗,观察组在此基础上联合慢肝养阴胶囊强化治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的HBV-DNA水平及中医症候积分明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于参考组(P<0.05);治疗后,与参考组比较,观察组的HBeAg阴转率及HBsAg阴转率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论慢肝养阴胶囊联合替比夫定强化治疗慢性乙型肝炎效果确切,可作为慢性乙型肝炎的有效治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Mangan Yangyin capsule combined with telbivudine in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 156 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation group and reference group, with 78 cases in each group. The reference group was given telbivudine, and the observation group was treated with Mangan Yangyin capsule combined with telbivudine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the HBV-DNA levels and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the reference group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the reference group, the negative conversion rate of HBe Ag and the negative conversion rate of HBs Ag in the observation group after treatment were higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mangan Yangyin capsule combined with telbivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has remarkable clinical effect, which can be used as an effective treatment method for chronic hepatitis B.
