青年锁骨骨折经钢板前置与上置内固定治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的分析青年锁骨骨折经钢板前置与上置内固定治疗的效果。方法选取我院收治的46例青年锁骨骨折患者,根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(23例)与对照组(23例)。研究组给予切开复位锁骨前置钢板内固定术治疗,对照组给予切开复位锁骨上置钢板内固定术治疗。两组手术过程中均选用拉力螺钉固定游离较大骨折块,同时选用粗丝线固定较小骨块。对比两组治疗后的肩关节功能评分、骨折愈合时间、手术时间及钢板顶压皮肤不适发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者的肩关节功能评分、骨折愈合时间及手术时间比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组钢板顶压皮肤不适发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青年锁骨骨折经钢板前置与上置内固定治疗疗效均显著,但前置钢板内固定治疗方式可使钢板顶压皮肤造成的不适发生率下降。Objective To analyze the effect of the steel plate front and upper internal fixation on youth clavicle fracture.Methods A total of 46 young patients with clavicular fracture were selected. Patients were divided into study group（23 cases） and control group（23 cases） according to different treatment methods. The study group was treated with clavicular steel plate front internal fixation, and the control group was treated with open clavicular steel plate upper internal fixation.During the operation, the two groups used lag screw to fix the free large fracture block, and used thick wire to fix small bone. The scores of shoulder joint function, the time of fracture healing, the time of operation and the incidences of skin discomfort at the top of the plate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of shoulder joint function, the time of fracture healing and the time of operation in the two groups had no significant differences（P〉0.05）;the incidence of skin discomfort at the top of the plate in the study group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Both of the steel plate front and upper internal fixation on youth clavicle fracture have significant effect, but the steel plate front internal fixation method can decrease the incidence of the skin discomfort at the top of the plate.
