摘　　要：目的分析外伤性截瘫患者在不同时期心理特征和心理干预对策。方法选取我院2011年1月至2014年6月收治的截瘫患者38例为研究对象,37例患者行减压复位内固定手术治疗,1例颈椎骨折患者失去手术时机。对37例外伤性截瘫患者进行心理特征分析并给予个性化心理干预。观察患者的心理状态及康复情况。结果 37例患者均能正确对待外伤性截瘫,建立重新生活的勇气,坚持治疗和康复训练,争取早日重返社会;1例高位截瘫患者失去手术时机并发呼吸衰竭死亡。结论针对外伤性截瘫患者,把心理康复护理作为机体功能康复的枢纽,可最大限度发挥患者的主观能动性,减轻患者的心理负担及并发症的发生,使患者积极配合治疗,恢复生理功能。Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics and psychological intervention measures in patients with traumatic paraplegia at different stages. Methods Thirty-eight patients with traumatic paraplegia admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2014 were selected as the study objects. Among them, 37 patients was treated with decompression reduction and internal fixation, and 1 patient lost the opportunity of operation. The psychological characteristics of 37 traumatic paraplegia were analyzed, and they were given individualized psychological intervention. The psychological state and recovery of the patients were observed. Results Thirty-seven patients were able to treat their disease correctly, and had the courage to live, adhere to treatment and rehabilitation training for an early reintegration.There was 1 case of paraplegic patient who lost surgery and died of respiratory failure. Conclusion For the traumatic paraplegia patients, taking psychological rehabilitation nursing as the pivot of functional rehabilitation can maximize the subjective initiative of the patients, reduce the psychological burden of patients and the occurrence of complications, so that patients can cooperate actively with treatment and recover their physiological functions.
