优质护理服务模式在Dupuytren骨折患者护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务模式对Dupuytren骨折患者术后活动、骨折恢复的作用。方法选取我院收治的90例Dupuytren骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组采用优质护理干预,对比两组干预效果。结果观察组患者关节功能恢复评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者部分负重时间、完全负重时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理方式对Dupuytren骨折患者干预效果显著,有利于促进患者术后恢复,且可减少并发症发生,可推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing service on postoperative activities and fracture recovery in patients with Dupuytren fracture. Methods Ninety patients with Dupuytren fracture admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The score of joint function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The patients＇ partial load time, full load time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）, and the satisfaction of the patients to the nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing on patients with Dupuytren fracture has significant effects, it is beneficial to promote the recovery of patients after operation, can reduce the occurrence of complications, and can be popularized.
