摘 要:本研究以中科1号羊草为材料,在新疆干旱区自然降雨条件下研究了氮、磷、钾肥对羊草产量及粗蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:肥料配施显著增加羊草干草产量,N3、P3、K2处理较对照分别增产28.9%、24.6%、21.8%,拟合结果显示施肥量分别为N 303kg/hm^2、P_2O_5378kg/hm^2、K_2O 131kg/hm^2时干草产量最高。氮肥对营养生长的影响大于磷、钾肥,N3、P3、K3处理株高分别高出对照6.8%、6.2%、6.5%;N3、P3、K2处理叶高较对照分别高出18.3%、15.1%和14.1%。肥料配施增加种子产量,N3、P3、K2处理较对照分别增产29.4%、31.7%、26.1%;拟合结果显示施肥量分别为N 266kg/hm^2、P_2O_5261kg/hm^2、K_2O 123kg/hm^2时种子产量最高。粗蛋白含量随氮、钾肥的增加先增加后降低,随磷肥施用量的增加而增加;氮肥对粗蛋白含量的影响效果优于磷、钾肥。施肥可显著提升羊草等级,达到一级或特级。本文通过"3414"肥料试验的实施,确定干旱区自然降雨条件下人工羊草地的施肥参数,为羊草栽培提供科学依据。The effect of N,P and K Fertilizer on the yield of Leymus chinensis and the content of crude protein in Leymus chinensis 1 was studied under the condition of natural rainfall in Xinjiang arid area. The results showed that the yield of hay was significantly increased by the combined application of fertilizers,and the yield of N3,P3 and K2 increased by 28. 9%,24. 6% and 21. 8%,respectively. The results showed that the amount of fertilization was N 303 kg/hm^2、P2O5378 kg/hm^2、K2O 131 kg/hm^2,and hay yield was the highest. The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on vegetative growth is greater than that of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. The plant height of N3,P3 and K3 is higher than that of CK 6. 8%,6. 2% and 6. 5%,respectively. N3,P3 and K2 treatments are 18. 3%,15. 1% and 14. 1% higher than those of CK. Fertilizer application increased seed yield,N3,P3 and K2 treatments increased 29. 4%,31. 7% and 26. 1% respectively compared with CK. The results showed that the amount of fertilization was N 266 kg/hm^2、P2O5261 kg/hm^2、K2O 123 kg/hm^2,and the highest seed yield was. The crude protein content increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer,and increased with the increase of phosphate fertilizer application rate. The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on crude protein content was better than that of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. Fertilization can significantly increase the grade of Leymus chinensis,reaching first grade or special grade. Through the implementation of the"3414"fertilizer experiment,we determined the fertilization parameters of artificial grassland under natural rainfall in arid area,which provided scientific basis for the cultivation of Leymus chinensis.
