摘  要:近年来微信公众号发展迅速,但公众号质量参差不齐,针对此现象,本研究从用户角度,探讨学术微信公众号的用户满意度影响因素,为学术微信公众号的发展与建设提供一定的参考和建议。以全评价为理论背景,从信息内容质量和信息效用质量两个维度,构建学术微信公众号的用户满意度影响因素模型。通过电子邮件、班级群、高校图书馆等途径收集有效问卷225份,对结构方程模型进行实证。研究发现:学术微信公众号的信息内容质量对其信息效用质量产生正向影响;学术微信公众号的信息内容质量、信息效用质量对用户满意产生正向影响。In recent years, WeChat official Account is booming, and the quality of WeChat official account varies greatly at the same time. In view of this phenomenon, the paper is to explore the influencing factors of user's satisfaction of academic WeChat official accounts from the user perspective and provide some reference and advice for the development and construction of the academic WeChat official accounts. With all -around evaluation as the theoretical background, this paper constructs the model of influencing factors of user satisfaction of academic WeChat official accounts from the two dimensions, quality of information content and information utility. The structural equation model was verifid by 225 valid questionnaires, which were collected through e-mail, class groups, university libraries and other ways. The results show that the quality of information content of academic WeChat official accounts has a positive impact on the quality of information utility; the quality of information content, as well as the quality of information utility has a positive impact on user satisfaction.
