辽宁城市社区新市民阶层文化需求研究

摘　　要：分析了新市民阶层发展现状以及辽宁省城市社区文化建设不能满足新市民阶层文化需求的现实情况,提出了加强辽宁省社区文化建设,满足新市民阶层文化需求的措施:建立新建城镇的社区文化服务机构,加强新建城镇社区文化管理;大力发展城市社区尤其是新建城镇社区的文化活动;搞好城市社区文化产业,促进文化建设与经济建设的结合,满足辽宁城市社区居民包括新市民阶层日益增长的文化需求,让新市民阶层共享城市社区文化发展成果;着力建设好社区文化人才队伍,进而满足新市民阶层文化需要,推动辽宁城镇化进一步发展。This stratum,and article analyzes the present development situation of new citizen the the status of urban community community cultural culture development to and puts forward cultural the measures of new strengthening construction First of meet the growing needs of the citizen stratum.of all,the establishment urban of new urban community cultural service institutions strengthens the communities,new community culture management.Secondly,the cultural activities of urban communities,are especially cultural the new urban vigorously developed.combination Thirdly,the urban community economy,industry should be done well to promote the between culture and the and to meet the the urban growing new cultural needs of the be urban community residents,including the new citizen stratum,and citizen stratum can promoted to share great achievements of cultural talent development Fourthly,we in community.community should make efforts to build the team construction of the culture.
