摘　　要：习近平总书记在十九大报告中关于扶贫工作的新论断和新要求,是我们开展文化扶贫的行动指南和根本遵循。近年来,郑州市的精准扶贫工作取得了突出成绩,得到了社会各界的一致认可,但是在文化扶贫方面还存在着重视不够、利用文化资源开展文化扶贫不够、长效机制尚未真正形成等问题。要解决这些问题,就必须高度重视文化扶贫工作,将其纳入经济社会发展的全局和精准扶贫的统一战略中来,坚定文化自信,实施"文化+战略",大力发展文化产业。General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s new judgments and new requirements on poverty alleviation in the 19 th National Congress report are our guide to fundamentally follow and to take actions in cultural poverty alleviation.In recent years,it has achieved outstanding results in accurate poverty alleviation work of Zhengzhoucity,which has received unanimous recognition from all walks of life.However,there are still problems such as insufficient attention to cultural poverty alleviation,the lack of cultural resources to carry out cultural poverty alleviation,and the long-acting mechanism not being truly formed.To solve these problems,we must lay great emphasis on the work of cultural poverty alleviation and incorporate it into the overall strategy of economic and social development and a unified strategy for accurate poverty alleviation.We must also strengthen cultural self-confidence by virtue of＂culture＋ strategy＂,and vigorously develop the cultural industry.
