摘　　要：利用文献综述法,梳理现有的辅助生殖服务相关文献,并对其进行整理与分析发现,辅助生殖方面,国际上已有广泛的研究,但鲜有研究归纳先进服务模式经验。中国辅助生殖服务的理论与实践研究比较缺乏,还处于起步阶段。在健康中国2030的战略背景下,以卫生服务整合理论为基础,对中国辅助生殖服务体系整合优化等方面进行深入研究,可促进中国妇产科辅助生殖服务水平的整体提高,从而进一步提高妇女健康水平。Using literature review method to process the methodology summary on assisted reproductive care,the study finds that foreign researchers have been conducting more intensive research into the field of assisted reproductive care. But few studies have summarized the experience of advanced care model. The theoretical and practical research on assisted reproductive care in China are relatively scarce. It is still on the beginning stage. Under the strategic policy of Healthy China 2030,further research should be focused on the integration and optimization of assisted reproductive care system in China based on the theory of health service integration. It can promote the overall level of the assisted reproductive care in maternity and gynecology in China,and further improve the level of women’s health.
