摘  要:以大麦品种Zju3和Morex为试材,采用溶液培养法,在MgSO_4浓度分别为对照组的0%、50%、100%、150%和200%处理下,研究了镁缺乏和过量胁迫对Zju3和Morex苗期的生长和生理生化指标的影响,试图揭示大麦对镁胁迫的生理机制.结果表明:镁胁迫下,两种大麦的根长、干重和SPAD值降低,丙二醛(MDA)浓度、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及GSH摩尔浓度增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性有下降趋势,但不显著,脯氨酸(Pro)的质量含量先增加后降低,而两种大麦的变化幅度并不显著.结果表明镁缺乏或过量均对大麦幼苗的生长、生理生化指标造成影响.Taking Zju3 and Morex as the materials,using the solution culture method in MgSO4 concentrations separately were 0%,50%,100%,150% and 200%,the effects of magnesium deficiency and excess stress on the physiological and biochemical indexes of Zju3 and Morex in seedling growth were studied to reveal the physiological mechanism of magnesium stress in barley.The results showed that under the stress of magnesium,the root length,dry weight and SPAD of two barley cultivars decreased,malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration,peroxidase(POD)activity and GSH concentration increased,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity decreased,but not significantly,the content of proline(Pro)first increased and then decreased,but the changing amplitude of two barley cultivars was not significant.It was indicated that magnesium deficiency or excess had effects on the growth as well as the physiological and biochemical indexes of barley seedlings.
