摘 要:近年来,贵州省房地产市场发展迅速,成为了推动经济高速增长的重要力量。但是贵州省也同许多地区一样,出现了房地产市场供过于求的问题。中央提出化解房地产库存问题应当结合地区发展情况,施行"个性化"措施。本文基于对贵州省房地产市场现状和问题的分析,在棚户区安置、发展租赁市场、基础设施建设、人口城镇化和发展旅游业等方面提出了针对性的政策建议。In recent years,the rapid development of the real estate market in Guizhou Province has become an important force in promoting the rapid economic growth.However,in Guizhou Province,as in many regions,there is an oversupply problem in the real estate market.The central government proposed to solve the problem of real estate inventory by combining regional development with the implementation of " individualization " measures.Therefore,based on the analysis of current situation and issues of the real estate market in Guizhou Province,this article puts forward specific policy recommendations in the aspects of shantytowns resettlement,development of leasing markets,infrastructure construction,population urbanization,and tourism development.
