基于模糊综合评价法的银川市土地集约利用评价

摘　　要：以银川市为研究区,从土地投入水平、土地利用程度和土地利用效率3个方面,构建城市土地集约评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和信息熵修正技术确定评价指标权重,同时运用模糊综合评价法对银川市土地集约利用水平进行综合评价.结果表明:(1)依据最大隶属度原则,银川市土地利用集约程度为较集约水平.从各个准则层评价来看,土地投入水平、土地利用程度和土地利用效率均对较集约的隶属度高,其次为一般集约.(2)银川市当前社会发展时期,地均固定资产投资以及人均建设用地等指标对土地集约利用的影响程度较大,土地投入水平对城市土地集约利用具有至关重要的作用.bLand intensive use is a specific requirement of building a well-off and a harmonious society, it is an important guarantee for sustainable economic development. Taking Yinchuan city as the study area, constructs the evaluation index system of city land intensive from 3 aspects of the land input level, land use and land use efficiency. We use AHP and information entropy correction technique to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and to evaluate the level of land intensive use of Yinchuan city by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed that：（1）According to the principle of maximum degree of membership, the intensive level of land utilization is more intensive in Yinchuan City. From each evaluation criterion layer, land input level and land use efficiency are more intensive the highest membership degree of land use,followed by general intensive.（2）The current social development period in Yinchuan City, land intensive use affected by investment in fixed assets and per capita construction land indexes, investment level plays a crucial role in city land intensive use.
