摘　　要：专利已成为现代企业核心竞争力的体现,研究和探讨中小企业专利管理对于保护企业科研成果、激发企业科技创新活力、增强企业竞争力、促进企业创新发展具有重要意义。通过对福建省三明市中小企业专利管理的现状和存在问题进行总结和分析,提出中小企业专利管理的对策和建议,以期促进中小企业专利管理能力的提升。Patent has become the embodiment of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises, from this, searching and Discussing patent management of small and medium-sized enterprises is of great signifcance for protecting enterprise＇s research results, stimulating enterprise＇s technological innovation vitality, enhancing enterprise competitiveness and promoting enterprise＇s innovation and development. Based on the summary and analysis of the current situation and existing problems of patent management in Sanming City＇s small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper probes into the countermeasures and suggestions for the patent management of small and medium-sized enterprises on preliminary, and promotes the enhancement of the patent management ability of small and medium-sized enterprises.
