摘　　要：大学生特殊群体的教育和管理,是关系到高等学校安全稳定的重要工作,也是高校学生工作的重要内容之一。本文以马斯洛需求为理论基础,从全新的视角分析了“学生助理”的使用在教育引导特殊学生方面的有效作用。The education and management of the special groups of College Students is an important work related to the safety and stability of colleges and universities. It’s also one of the important contents of College Students work. This paper is based on the theory of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. From a new perspective, this paper analyzes the effective role of the use of student assistants in education and guidance of special student groups.
