摘  要:目的探究严重电烧伤患者术后早期行连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的临床效果。方法 30例严重电烧伤患者,根据住院时间的差异将其分为对照组与实验组,每组15例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上术后早期接受CRRT治疗。对比两组患者的医治效果。结果术前,两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肌红蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1 h,两组患者TNF-α、IL-1β水平均高于术前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1 h,两组患者肌红蛋白水平均低于术前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后72 h,两组患者TNF-α、IL-1β、肌红蛋白水平均低于术前,且实验组均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严重电烧伤患者术后早期接受CRRT治疗,可有效改善患者TNF-α、IL-1β、肌红蛋白水平,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early postoperative continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in severe electric burn patients. Methods A total of 30 severe electric burn patients were divided by different hospitalization times into control group and experimental group, with 15 cases. The control group routine treatment, and the experimental group received early postoperative CRRT treatment on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results Before operation, both groups had no statistically significant difference in tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), myoglobin levels (P〉0.05). At 1 h after operation, both groups had higher TNF-α and IL-1β level thanbefore operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). At 1 h after operation, both groups had lower myoglobin levels than before operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). At 72 h after operation, both groups had lower TNF-α, IL-1β and myoglobin levels than before operation, and the experimental group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The early postoperative CRRT treatment in patients with severe electrical burns can effectively improve the level of TNF-α, IL-1β and myoglobin, and the effect is significant.
