重症监护室患者感染鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探究重症监护室患者感染鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性并对其预后展开分析处理。方法收集重症监护室实施诊治处理的患者的痰液、血液、伤口分泌物等标本,并对其作鲍氏不动杆菌分离处理,实施药敏试验。结果对收集的标本作分离处理后,获得鲍氏不动杆菌数目共计68株,其中来源于痰液标本、血液标本、伤口分泌物标本、导管头标本、支气管冲洗液标本、咽拭子标本、其他类型标本对应的不动杆菌数目分别为48、10、5、1、1、1、2株,其来源集中于痰液;鲍氏不动杆菌对氨苄西林的耐药率为79.4%,对哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠的耐药率为2.9%,对亚胺培南的耐药率为5.9%,对左氧氟沙星等十三种药物的耐药率在52.9%~72.1%。结论重症监护室患者感染鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药状况相对严峻,应提升对重症监护室患者感染鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性的监控管理。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii infected patients in intensive care unit and analyze the prognosis. Methods The specimens of sputum, blood, and wound secretions collected from patients in the intensive care unit were collected and treated with Acinetobacter baumannii for drug susceptibility testing. Results 68 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were obtained from the collected specimens. The Acinetobacter baumannii was obtained from sputum specimens, blood specimens, wound exudates,catheter head specimens, bronchial irrigates, pharynx swabs and other types, and the number of Acinetobacter baumannii was 48, 10, 5, 1, 1, 1, 2, respectively. The source is concentrated in the sputum. The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to ampicillin was 79.4%, the resistance rate to piperacillin / tazobactam sodium was 2.9%, the resistance rate to imipenem was 5.9%, and the resistance rate to levofloxacin and other thirteen drugs was 52.9%~72.1%. Conclusion The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii infected patients in intensive care units is relatively severe, and the monitoring and management of the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii infection in intensive care unit patients should be improved.
