复明片在未成熟期老年性白内障患者中的应用效果和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的对未成熟期老年性白内障患者采用复明片进行治疗的效果和安全性进行分析。方法 80例(125眼)未成熟期老年性白内障患者,随机分为实验组(65眼)与对照组(60眼),每组40例。实验组采用复明片、维生素和白内停治疗,对照组采用障眼明片、维生素以及白内停治疗。比较两组治疗结果的差异性。结果实验组临床总有效率为86.15%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为1.54%,低于对照组的11.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于未成熟期老年性白内障患者采用复明片进行治疗,治疗总有效率高,安全性高,适合在临床有关治疗中参考和应用。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of Fuming tablet in patients with senile cataract in immature stage. Methods A total of 80 patients with senile cataract in immature stage （125 involved eyes） were randomly divided into experimental group （65 involved eyes） and control group （60 involved eyes）, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with Fumingpian, vitamin and pirenoxine, and the control group was treated with Zhangyanming tablets, vitamin and pirenoxine. The difference of treatment Results in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had higher total clinical effective rate as 86.15% than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 1.54% than 11.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fuming tablet shows high total treatment effective rate in treating patients with senile cataract in immature stage with high safety, and it is suitable for reference and application in clinical treatment.
