空巢老年糖尿病患者自我管理水平与生存质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析空巢老年糖尿病患者的自我管理水平与生存质量的相关性。方法选择空巢老年糖尿病患者80例,对其自我管理水平、生存质量进行调查,并行相关性分析。结果 80例空巢老年糖尿病患者生存质量总分为(41.54±10.20)分。遵医嘱用药与生理功能、社会关系、治疗、生存质量总分呈正相关(均P<0.05);血糖自我监测与生理功能、心理、生存质量总分呈正相关(均P<0.05);运动自我管理、足部护理与心理、生理功能、社会关系、治疗和生存质量总分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论空巢老年糖尿病患者生存质量处于中等以上水平,其自我管理水平与生存质量呈正相关。医护人员应根据患者的实际情况制定合理、有效的健康计划,尽可能提高患者自我管理水平,从而改善其生存质量。Objective To study the correlation between self-management level and quality of life among empty nest elderly with diabetes.Methods Totally 80 empty nest elderly with diabetes were selected,their level of self-management and quality of life were investigated and related analysis was made.Results The overall score of quality of life was（41.54±10.20）.The score of medication compliance significantly correlated with the dimension score of physical function,social relationship,treatment and the overall quality of life score（P〈0.05 for all）,the score of blood sugar self monitor significantly correlated with the dimension score of physical function,psychology and the overall quality of life score（P〈0.05 for all）,and the score of activity self management and foot care significantly correlated with the dimension score of psychology,physical function,social relationship,treatment and the overall quality of life score（P〈0.05 for all）.Conclusion The quality of life of empty nest elderly patients with diabetes is at a medium or above level,and their self-management level is positively correlated with quality of life.Medical staff should develop a reasonable and effective health plan according to the actual situation,to improve their self-management level,then enhance their quality of life.
