摘　　要：全面推进依法治国,需要培育有较高法治素养的大学生作为建设中国特色社会主义的后备力量。但由于受到社会物质生活条件等情况的制约,当前的大学生普遍法治意识达不到应有的层次,法治素养明显不能满足时代的要求。改革和完善现有法治教育方式显得十分必要。To comprehensively promote the rule of law, it is nec-essary to cultivate university students with relatively high legalquality asa reserve force for building socialism with Chinesecharacteristics. However, due to the constraints of social materialliving conditions and other conditions, the legal awareness of thecurrent university students can not reach the level they shouldhave, and the current legal education can not meet the require-ments of the times obviously. Therefore, it is imperative to reformand improve the existing legal education.
