摘 要:从发芽种子的子叶中提取酯酶和过氧化物酶,研究比较人工合成的甘蓝型油莱与亲本白菜型油菜和白花芥蓝以及天然甘蓝型油菜同工酶的模式。合成甘蓝型油菜杂种的同工酶带是两个亲本的综合。但有些例外,这种例外可能是亲本中预先存在的变异。过氧化物酶带(第三条带)可能是白花齐蓝所特有。这条带可使合成甘蓝型油莱与天然甘蓝型油菜区别开来。根据综合比较,进行表型分类也证实了合成甘蓝型油莱与天然甘蓝型油菜分为明显的两组。Comparative studies were conducted among artificial napus and their respective supposed parental campestris and alboglabra as well as natural napus using isozyme patterns of esterase and peroxidase extracted from co-tyledons of germinated seeds.The isozyme bands of artificial hybrids were those summation of parents,but there was some exception,it could probably be due to the preexisting variation.A peroxidase band(No 3)was found possibly in the alboglabra.This band characterized the artificial napus taxa from those natural ones.Further phenetic classification,based on the comprehensive comparisons,established also two distinct groups,with artificial napus taxa as one and natural ones as the other.
