摘　　要：作为共享经济的一种细分模式,众筹是筹资者向大众筹集资金及资源的一种融资方式.相较于传统的融资方式,众筹最大的优势在于融资成本低,为创业者和中小企业提供了极大便利.随着“互联网＋”的不断发展,国内各种众筹平台如雨后春笋,要想在众多众筹项目中脱颖而出,获得投资人的青睐绝非易事,这需要“诗人美食家”这样的平台包装策划.自然,众筹绝不仅仅意味着筹钱,还可以筹人、筹智,还有你能想象到的各种可能.As a kind of subdivision scheme of sharing economy, crowdfunding is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising monetary contributions from a large number of peo-ple. Compared with traditional ways of financing, the best advantage of crowdfunding lies in the low financing cost, which provides great convenience for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises. With the advancement of Internet＋, all kinds of domestic platforms of crowdfunding have sprung up like mushrooms. It is not easy to meet the taste of investors only if the excellent project can stand out among others.
