摘　　要：本文介绍了HXN5B型机车转向架牵引梁制作过程中备料、成型、装配等工序的操作要点及出现的问题,并分析产生原因,及解决方法来叙述产品质量控制及保证。This paper introduces the operating points and problems in preparation, molding and assembly of the traction beam in the bogie of HXN5B locomotive. It also analyzes the causes and solutions to describe the product quality control and guarantee.
