摘　　要：当前大学毕业生综合素质、就业能力良莠不齐,并且与企业的实际需求差距较大。因此大学生职业能力的培养受到了学校和学生的重视,但职业能力评价是一个多因素、多变量的因素,如何用科学有效的评价模型去进行评价非常重要。为此,本文进行了初步的探索,从企业对大学生职业能力的要求出发,建立大学生职业能力评价模型,以减少大学生职业生涯规划的盲目性,同时为大学生寻找职业能力培养的方向提供参考依据。Comprehensive quality and employability of current college graduates are uneven,and there is a big gap between them and the actual needs of enterprises.Therefore,the cultivation of college students＇ professional ability is valued by schools and students.However,the evaluation of professional ability is a multi-factor and multi-variable factor.It is very important how to use scientific and effective evaluation models to evaluate.For this reason,this article has carried on the preliminary exploration,starting from the enterprise to the university student＇s professional ability request,establishes the university student＇s professional ability appraisal model,reduces the blindness of university student career plan,at the same time provides the reference basis for the university student to look for the vocational ability training direction.
